Basic Fees: Applicants 15 years and older:
Basic charges not to exceed Rs. 1600.
Serologic test for syphilis and HIV Rs. 850;
chest x-ray and radiology consult Rs. 250;
physical examination and documentation Rs. 500.

Any supplemental chest x-rays or serologic tests for syphilis required to clarify results compromised by laboratory error - no extra charge.
Supplemental serologic tests to confirm HIV infection Rs. 3000. Fee for bacteriological examination of sputum, for a series of three acid-fast smears, Rs. 300.

Applicants below 15 years:
Basic charges not to exceed Rs. 800.
Vaccination charges (Rs. 50 to administer each vaccination):
diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis Rs. 12;
tetanus, diphtheria toxoids Rs. 12;
plus measles, rubella, mumps Rs. 66;
polio (inactivated) or (live oral) Rs. 120;
hepatitis B Rs. 190;
haemophilus influenzae type B Rs. 440;
varicella Rs. 1412;
pneumoccocal Rs. 891;
influenza - not available.

The medical examinations are handled at the hospital's Out-Patient Department (OPD) on the ground floor.

All reports will be available to the applicants on the same evening. The timings are as follows:

8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Registration, Blood test and X-ray
11:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Doctor's Examination
4:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Collection of Reports
