Even though you send the standalone I-130 to the Chicago Lockbox, based on the petitioner's place of residence in the U.S., they would be forwarded to the Service Center appropriately. And you would receive the receipt
from the respective service center. You need to do any subsequent follow up with the service center that issued the
receipt.
