Immigrant Visa Medical Examination - Chennai area, India
The following hospitals are the only facilities approved to conduct medical examinations for immigrant visa cases processed at the U.S. Consulate in Mumbai. Applicants can use any of those hospitals
as per their convenience. Applicant must
make all arrangements for medical examinations, tests, and vaccinations with the hospitals directly.

Physical Examination
Each Applicant 15 and older - Rs. 2750
Each Applicant between 2 and 14 years - Rs. 2170 or Rs. 3730 (according to screening tests required)
Each application under 2 years - Rs. 1900
Supplemental Tests
AFB smears & cultures - Rs. 4215
AFB drug susceptibility test on positive cultures/isolates - Rs. 11950
Supplemental serological tests Rs. 480
Immunizations
DPT (Triple Antigen) – Rs. 50/-
DTap (Tripacell) – Rs. 1211/-
DT (Dual Antigen) – Rs. 50/-
Tdap – Rs. 699/-
MMR – Rs. 150/-
Haemophilius influenza type b: Rs. 425/-
Hepatitis A – Rs. 1650/- (adult) Rs. 250/- (pediatric)
Hepatitis B- Rs. 400/-
Influenza Vaccine – Rs. 650/-
Meningococcal conjugate vaccine – Rs. 650/-
Pneumococcal Vaccine – Rs.1155/- (adult) Rs.3800/- (pediatric)

All fees must be paid in cash directly by you to the laboratory or the panel physician.
