Please make sure all details entered on this page are accurate. You will not be able to modify any details except your phone number and courier address once you confirm your interview appointment.

  Select appropriate country. For most people, it would be India.

  Date Format is MM/DD/YYYY, which is an American format and NOT Indian.
  Passport expiration date must be in future.
  
  Date of Birth:
  Date Format is MM/DD/YYYY, which is an American format and NOT Indian.
  
  Nationality:
  Select appropriate country. It is the country of citizenship. For most people, it would be India.
  
  First Name:
  Last Name:
  Name is read only. If you need to change the value, please use the Provide Feedback menu item to request the change.
  
  DS-160 Confirmation Number:
  The DS-160 confirmation number must be in the format of AA followed by 8 characters.
  
  This is the same as CEAC the barcode number printed on the form DS-160 confirmation page. You can look at the sample DS-160 confirmation page for further guidance on where to find that number in that page.
