Overall Instructions for Appointment
If there are any interview dates available, they will be shown in dark blue on the calendar. If you see any dates in dark blue, click on that date, and you will see the available appointment slots below the calendar. Light blue dates are not clickable. Check the appointment time you would like, and hit “Continue”.
Based on your state of residence, the appropriate consulate (Post) will automatically be selected. Depending upon the language of the interview you chose, you will see additional choices of all the consulates where such language is available. E.g., English is available everywhere, but Gujarati is available only in Mumbai, Bengali only in Kolkata, and so on.
Blanket L-1 appointment can only be scheduled at Chennai.
If there is more than one applicant in the profile, the same appointment will be scheduled for all of them at the same time. You don’t have to schedule separate appointments for each person.
If there are no dates available now, you will see a message indicating so. You must try again later.
