- Are you (the visa applicant) under 14 years of age?
- Are you (the visa applicant) 80 years of age or older?
- Do you have a previous B-1/B-2 visa (visitor visa)? (This question will change based on the visa type you apply for.)
The above questions are asked to determined the eligibility for visa interview waiver program.
Renewal appointment criteria
Specify Document Delivery
Once your visa is issued, you can choose the “Pick Up Option” or the “Premium (Home) Delivery Option”.
- Pick Up Option:
You can pick up your passport from passport/visa collection locations. Once your passport is ready for pickup, you will get an email/text message. - Premium (Home) Delivery Option:
For a fee of Rs. 500/applicant, you can get the passport delivered to you. If there is more than one applicant in the appointment, you must select the same option for everyone and pay the this fee per person. You will pay the courier at the time of delivery and nothing in advance.
