This is with regards to my mothers Tourist VISA for US.
<br>She was scheduled for an interview on 28th/29th Apr 2013, she was approved for the Tourist VISA.
<br>The Passport arrived today with the stamped VISA but noticed that it was not correct
<br>Given Name : FNU
<br>Surname: <had the name>
<br>
<br>In Passport
<br>Given Name: <name>
<br>Surname: Blank
<br>
<br>Realized that while filing the DS-160 form in the surname section instead of putting LNU, we filled FNU which caused the issue.
<br>
<br>Would like to know how can we proceed forward in this case. Need Help
