Hello Management at Insubuy,

I approached Insubuy for my parents' and son's visitor medical insurance.
First I bought, Atlas comprehensive medical insurance for my parents as recommended by one of your agents as per my needs.

And then when I was sure that my Son won't be covered by my employer provided health insurance until May 1, 2017, I had to buy a health insurance policy for him.

I approached Insubuy for the same and I was told by one of your agents that I can't buy visitor medical insurance for my son as he is on H4 dependent status. And I was suggested to buy Short term domestic health insurance plan. Which I did buy.

Some time later, I approached Insubuy to find out what kind of insurance to buy for my son to cover travel and flight. This is answered by Jermeece. She found out details of my son and asked me to wait while she wanted to research about the plan that best suits my son.

She did get back to me with a plan that covers both international travel and short term medical insurance for my son in California. And she suggested I can buy this and cancel the short term domestic policy. And she also sent quote for International Major Medical Insurance policy. The premium is a lot cheaper than the previous policy.

So I went ahead and bought International Major Medical Insurance policy that covers both travel and medical insurance in California.

I'm happy that Jermeece did research about all available plans and offered me with choice.

I bought two insurance plans for my family members yesterday. I didn't get the acknowledgement for one plan for which I contacted the support.

Jermeece C from the support team helped me to fix the problem.

She had the patience to explain all the details and also gave a call back on a timely fashion after fixing the problem.

i would like to comment on service received today from Amber.

I had a very nice talk with Amber on March 21, 2017.

She was very efficient and polite when talking to me and dealing with my request.
In addition, she offered extra help to contact her team members and expedite my request after i explained why i needed my new policy the next morning.

She also called back few minutes after i've submitted my request by e-mail to update me on the status.

Congratulations with having such a good team member.

Thank you for the fast response. I would like to specifically commend Teresa (extension 113) for her amazing response in getting me the updated insurance coverage. I called Teresa while standing at the consulate and she got the updated insurance letter within matter of minutes. Outstanding professionalism and a pleasure to work with.

I see lot of people posting /emails quoted how happy they are with the purchase. This is great. What I am looking for is experiences where people could successfully file the claim and got reimbursed for medical payment. To me that's where the real truth is. I am still trying to search for claim reviews on this site. So far none but will keep looking. Thanks
