Okay so I'm going to try to post this for third time and hopefully it won't be deleted

BEWARE of Fixed price plans, they are NOT designed for the US markets. There are NO negotiated rates with ANY providers. i.e the provider can charge you anything they like, they charge you $500 for a doctors visit or $10,000 for a broken arm or anything.

You're better off purchasing a comprehensive plan, yes it's little more expensive but you can use it. These fixed coverage plans are completely useless. If you don't understand the point I made above, think about it some more and then go buy a comprehensive plan.

Today, I called your customer service line and Theresa helped me.
I plan to go to Italy in Nov and need Insurance coverage for Schengen Visa.
I have been in your website and the info are a lot and overwhelming for someone that is new in this insurance area.

Theresa patiently and very clearly explained all the options and what I need to do and how to do it.
Within 10 min call I know what needs to be done and what to be chosen and soon I am going to purchase the coverage.

I wanted to thank to Theresa and provide this feedback for her. She is such a great customer service and excellence. A+++++ Customer Service.

Hello Insubuy.com Management:

I am the owner of CruiseCenter. I had occasion to call your company today to ask questions about insurance coverage for UK residents who will be traveling to the US. They had a link to your website but questioned if it was “okay”. The request came to me through a third party. I made it clear to the third party that I was not in a position to know anything about this kind of insurance but would see if any of our trusted suppliers offered it.

Before I did that, I called your 800 number and reached Kim. By the end of the call, I was not only convinced that these folks should definitely contact your company but also delighted to know that the assistance they will receive will be excellent.

Kim is knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, and entirely focused on providing thorough information. I ended the call by telling her I wished she worked for our company and then learned she is in Plano, Texas, which isn’t too far from Houston. I said it in jest, of course, and to convey my feeling that company she works for is lucky to have her!

I hope you will share this with her and with those who are responsible for hiring and training such an outstanding representative for your company.

I am writing to provide a special letter of thanks for the most excellent customer service I received from one of your staff, Theresa A. I was asked to find an insurance plan for 12 Tanzanian nationals who will be traveling to the United States in September, and I was having the worst luck ever trying to find an insurance provider who not only understood what I wanted to buy, but also working with someone as customer oriented as Theresa

I must say hands down she was the most pleasant and competent person I have ever worked with when it comes to insurance. I worked with Theresa over a period of 2 days to identify the right insurance coverage for all the travelers.. She was able to fully explain things to me on the phone in terms of the requirements. She provided detailed quotations in writing as request. She was quick and thorough. She called back when she said she would, and her instructions for what information was needed were very clear and easily actionable. Theresa is the type of person that ever company would love to have representing their company! I must say that I will be sharing Insubuy as good insurance service provider based on my experience with her!

So this is to say a special THANK YOU to Theresa for her support, for her patience, and for being stellar at customer service!

I am writing this review almost 2 years after purchasing the policy but I owe Insubuy to review so doing it now. HCCMIS did not process a claim. I filed the claim a few times and appealed directly. The whole process took over an year making calls and being passed around with blame shifting from the insurance to the provider back and forth. I contacted Insubuy with much frustration but complete records of my claim. They were able to resolve it quickly. Fallon, you did well, Thank you! I recommend everyone to maintain paperwork and receipts because if you need to file a claim, the insurance companies will give you a run around, at least HCCMIS did to me. I will not buy that insurance again.

We bought medical insurance for HCCMIS through Insubuy for my parents, visiting here last year. My dad has a history of cancer, but has been in remission for 2 years. When they visited, he had to be hospitalized with high fever and chills and it appeared to be a bad infection. HCCMIS denied all claims saying that the condition is pre-existing. We filed an appeal in September and nothing moved till December. At this point, we contacted Insubuy and Fallon Galloway stepped in to help us. After talking to the agents at HCCMIS, talking to her was like a godsend. She helped us obtain and send medical records, and basically talked us through every step of the process. She was always courteous, even when delivering bad news, and so prompt at every stage of communication. With her help repeated follow-ups, HCCMIS finally paid out all the claims! Personally, I would not do business with HCCMIS 1:1. However, going through Insubuy saved us this time, and that's what we will do for our future visitor insurance needs. Thank you, Fallon!
