First off the location is horrendous for people with their own cars, (no parking) however the city bus stops right outside the door. Arrived at Zaffron at 10:55am. Waited for a bit and then called at 11:10am and asked what time they open for lunch. I was told 11:00am! Was finally let in and the guy said it would be a wait because nothing was set up yet. The music was nice but they had 2 songs on a loop which soon got grating. Waited more and they finally got everything going at 11:30am. The food was alright. Nothing was spicy. (Even the three sauces, which disappointed me to say the least) The water had no ice in it which would have been useful in cooling the boiling chai tea they provide. We ate very quickly and left. Oh, did I mention that street parking (if you can find one during lunch rush) cost 25 CENTS for 10 MINUTES and the meters only go up to an hour. So basically they kept us waiting for 40 minutes before we even saw food. Next time I'll take the $20 to a foodct
