very very bad customer service, your workers are very rude to thier customers, they do not care about the cusomers, they do not know the basics about customer service, they should learn something from Priya spices.

This is the worst Indian store I have been to – they are rude, arrogant, no ethics. They behave that way with many of their customers. With the fake American accent and what’s up with that guy and his fake green lenses gosh its so scary. If I were you I would avoide that store until they learn to behave – I mean you don’t want to go there pay money to be treated like a rat – what do they think they are???

Worst customer service. Very rude people. They think they r the only people having DVDs. They treat customers like thiefs. They don;t trust people and treat people as thieves.

Worst customer service. Still have the mentality of not trusting the indians. They have the attitude as if desis have no other video store other than theirs. Hope some desis open a store and get them out of business. Learn customer service from stores like priya spices..

This place has a 20$ check/cash deposit, 2$ per day late fee - each day you delay you keep getting charged 2$. In case you get a movie and it doesn’t work fine its either you player or TV’s problem, not the DVD...by any chance you want an exchange for free you will only get the same movie and only once, if that doesn’t work - its your/customers loss..LOL.
In case you don’t find a movie you are looking for… the people who work there would say “”its right there go look there” if you still don’t find it they’ll say “ have you looking there “its right there go look again LOL have you seen a service like this… I haven’t.
And Please beware the face making – by the people who work there.. I mean they really think they are the only people who have a store… I have never seen Indian treat Indian so bad.. I am ashamed to say this..
and i swear i will never set my foot into that place again

I became a member of Dharma music when they first opened. I saw them treating one of the customers badly and I spoke up in the customer's defence - the lady was saying that she tried to return the dvd, althought the time on the door said they open at 9 but they were not open and it was 9:15 am so she went back - they wanted to charge her late fee, they made the women almost cry.

From then onwards, I don't even go to there shop. They have such bad attitude. They think they are Gods. I get my dvds from Indo Pak spices - Indo Pak spices is an example of great customer service and aunty and uncle are soooo nice. I love going to indo pak spices and saying namaste to uncle and aunty. Dharma music should close down.

i think that they r doin a very well job....i see many people nd i know many people who go there and they are happy....i dont think the guy with green lenses looks bad...everyone has their own taste....nd two dollars for one night is a great deal...i love their story...nd once when the dvd we took didnt work they just changed it for us and gave us another day to watch it with no extra fee....
