I went today evening with my family. There were about a dozen waiters/waitresses who had no clue how to greet or serve the customers. All of them looked like some kids picked up from a small village in India, straight here.
My son got Idli. It was served in a broken steel plate with 5 compartments, and the edges of Idli were broken too.
My wife got Masala Dosa, again served in a steel plate. It was sprinkled with rasam/sambar power (podi). She couldn't eat it. She comlained. They didn't replace it.
I and my daughter had orderd dal makhani, paneer tikka masala and naan. Dal makhani had no butter(makhan), was yellow color and dal grains were hard to chew. Paneer had so much color it looked like blood. The taste was so bad even my four years old son could tell.
I called the manager(also cook) who said that is how it is cooked. He was not apologetic and refused to accept anything was wrong. He said he can't satisfy everyone. He came here 4 months ago.
It was total chaos.
