Hello everyone. We have have marriage based case. We had our 1st interview in 2020. And 2nd stokes interview was last week. We got denail letter in 3 days after the interview. It was very smooth interview and we were expecting approval. Now we are going to appeal. Please share if you have any experience. How long does it take for BIA to make a decision? I will have my 3rd interview?

Hello everyone!
USCIS send me request for new medical cuz last one got expired and they need it for final decision on my case.
I did my medical exam again like USCIS wanted from me and
My lawyer sent it already to USCIS.
USCIS received it on May 26th and my question is how long will I wait for their feedback?
For final decision?
Anyone was in the same situation?

I filed for VAWA November 2018 I filed a I-485 I-765 and I-360 . Im still waiting for a approval for the I-485 and I-360 just recently got a EAD in September 2021 after filing expedite request with my local senator.

I am asking for a friend. He just got his work authorization two weeks ago through marriage based green card application (I485) and unfortunately got a DUI (driving under the influence) he has his interview in a week

Do you think this will affect his interview? Should he attend with a lawyer? Please information will be helpful

On March 31 I was approved they said they sent the approved notice but instead I got another appointment to take biometrics for the third time on May 9 how long I have to wait for the welcome notice and Green card?
