Hi this is my timeliness

Applied i751 joint petition 10/15/2019
Biometrics. 11/06/2019
Got divorced. 08/11/2020
Waiver applied. 01/10/2021
Got extension. 18months in March
Received another extension. 24months[6months more basically ]
Interview. 03/04/2022

My IO was very strict, didn't ask me lot of ques ask me about 15 questions answered everything with honesty
I didn't have lot of pics with my ex husband I explained the officer why
I was married for 4 years 2 months with him
I had 3years tax statement
,joint bank account,
4 support affidavit,
joint car insurance for 2years.
Some pics with him and his family
 The proofs of joint purchase and a gift
Random mails with same address
A statement from his dad that we paid them rent
A brief explanation of everything happened
Prescription history with depression medicine
Psychiatrist reports

He gave me a letter with 3 options from which one was marked that your interview is under review,at this time we don't need any further information and uscis will request for evidence if needed and they will schedule an interview if needed.

I checked my status it's not updated yet for anything it says interview was scheduled

Just received a text message from the uscis due to an inquiry i make a month ago when i called.. Here is what the text message said..Message from USCIS: We will call you in 1-2 business days to respond to your inquiry with the USCIS Contact Center. Please expect a call from:phone number. Please, is anyone know what they could ask or say, i'm curious to know.

i was in removal proceedings, went to the USCIS office for the interview, I-130 got approved,
Received a letter from USCIS saying i485 administratively closed, but on USCIS case tracker, it says i485 denied and we send you the denial notice. But I never got a denial notice, only got the “NOTICE OF Administratively CLOSURE “
Now I’m not in removal proceedings, it got terminated.
Did the USCIS made mistake? Letter clearly says administratively closed and I can send a written request to reopen i485 if the removal proceedings terminated to this local filed office.
Pls advise me what are my options.

I got my second interview after 3 Months from the first. And you may have a second interview or you may not. It's just a waiting situation, I waited 18 months before to get my first interview.

WA aleykum as Salam brother, you can go to your district's congress person to ask for service request about your case, and keep patience, your turn is coming soon, by the grace of God.

PRAISE TO ALMIGHTY ALLAH SWT! I received my beautiful shiny 10 years green card today. I prayer to ALLAH SWT to bless it for me and make easier for the rest of people to get their green card, Ameen.

After the first interview my wait time is 2 years 11 months, it's Buffalo NY, total wait time for my case is 4 years 5 months, people be patient.

PD: October 4, 2017 for i485.
First interview April 9, 2019.
Second interview July 7, 2019.
After that no any response, several services requested always case is going under security check,
Forth ead renewal.
Untill February 7, 2022 heard from Uscis for medical renewal.
Sent medical on February 23.
February 28, case approved, card production. Praise Almighty Allah SWT.

Hi All!! Just when I think we have gone through it all and were good to go and travel the world together....this happened! So we booked a vacation to Cancun, Mexico. I was carrying my 10 year green card and my Indian passport. But the gate agent at the airlines didn't allow me to go because my name on the passport was my maiden name and GC ofcourse had my married name (I took my husband's last name when we got married). Long story short, the agent mentioned that they will hold you at the customs in Mexico so I cant let you go unless the names on your Indian passport and GC match. So now I am renewing my passport with my updated name.

Fortunately, we didn't lose any money on the vacation and the resort helped us settle it all due to this situation (I am so thankful for that). But it definitely wasn't a good experience. I guess me or my husband never thought that this could even have been an issue until we literally reached the airport the morning of our flight. Now that our vacation is delayed, I am working on yet another set of application! Wish me luck that this goes through quickly.
