Need your help! I130 is withdrawn/I485 denied
Hello everyone, I need your advice so much, as I am devastated of everything that was happening..
Try to make the long story short: me and my daughter came to US, applied for asylum with the lawyer (our status was asylum pending). Later I met my husband (US Citizen), we got married. He petitioned for me and my daughter (I130 petition) and we applied for adjustment of status (i485). Unfortunately my husband appeared to be very abusive and manipulative. we have been living 2 years, constantly abused by my husband in many different ways. In July 2021 I went to the scheduled interview by myself, explained everything to the officer, just literally seeking for help. It is so hard to live in the hostile environment.. especially when your daughter is suffering as well..Anyway, after that interview my status was remained Case must be reviewed. After that my husband begged me for forgiveness, that he will never ever hurt me. Unfortunately, he did. In November he physically abused me, spitted on my face and strangled me. Police was called, Full stay away order of protection has been issued by criminal court. It is still in place and my husband is having hearings there. Meanwhile another interview was scheduled (interview notice was addressed to him). He informed me about that, and tried to manipulate. I am deadly afraid of him. So he went to the interview (December 17) by himself. Yesterday I received separate mails for me and my daughter. My letter stays that i130/i485 have been denied. My daughters mail states that i130 petition has been withdrawn and 1485 denied. Both our mails state that our authorized stay in the country has expired and we have to leave in 33 days. But how is expired if we have asylum pending?? Anyway, I sent this information to the lawyer, but because of 3 days holidays I will not get any response...I tried my best to save our marriage, to help my husband with his mental health, be supportive, kind, did all the work around the house, also work full time to support our family financially .. but he just humiliated me over and over.
I am dead inside after what happened with him strangulating me. And now also this problem on top of that. Please, any help, any advise, anything, please help us...

November 2020 filing
Is anyone else in the same situation (Texas Service Centre; SRC)?

1) November 2020: Filed I-140 EB2 to EB3, I-485, I-765 & I-131 concurrently

2) March 2021: Acceptance notice received from USCIS with receipt numbers

3) July 2021: Premium Processing for I-140 filed & accepted

4) August 2021: RFE for I-140 from USCIS

5) September 2021: Biometrics appointment completed for I-485 & I-140 approved in EB-3 with an original priority date of November 2011

As of 12-23-2021, absolutely no progress other than 6 days after the Biometrics appointment, I-765 case status updated to show that Fingerprints were taken.

Applying for OPT EAD while waiting for AOS EAD
I have applied for AOS EAD (I-485/I-765) but as it probably going to take 6-9 more months to be issued, I want to apply for OPT EAD to be able to start working earlier. Does anyone have experience doing this? Is everything okay and USCIS is fine with that? I want to make sure it doesn't risk my AOS application and my AOS EAD card which would be a combo card and better than OPT EAD.

I 130 approved, i1485/I601 denied
It feels like life is just hard live again. In a place where you feel like home and suddenly you feel like a stranger again 😭

USCIS found me inadmissible and required me to file for a waiver I 601. Misrepresentation based on married on a visa application. Well we got an RFE for I 130 that we need to provide evidence back home that I was not in fact married. We did all we could to get some evidences from the government and those RFE were sent successfully.
I guess uscis accepted the RFE and I 130 was approved. Later on the same day, my I 485 case changed to RFE was sent. So they sent for i 601. Apparently they found me inadmissible.
Back in April 2021, two officers made home visit early morning and fortunately we were home. They asked questions, take pictures until they are satisfied!
Anyways I hired a lawyer, filled out the application, included all evidences for extreme hardship. 6 weeks after I 601/I 485 was denied 😭😭.

No need to tell a story about struggles, depression, mental health issues, energy, stress, resources, money spent back to back , fasting and prayers 😭😭 just because of green card and it still got denied.
No criminal record, no arrest of any kind , no DUI , Cops have never for any reason pulled me over. Just a simple guy trying to survive and live American dream!!!

PD 2018
First interview Jan 2019
Second interview February 2019
Got RFE birth-certificate
2020 nothing happened as no news
April 2021 home visit
May 2021 RFE for I 130
June 2021 I 130 approved
June 2021 i485–RFE for I 601
October sent in I 601
Dec 17 2021. Both i485/i601got denied but I 130 still approved

At this time we don’t know the causes for the denial. I shall know by next Monday.
Pls let me know what options is possible for me. Lawyer said we wait to see why it was denied. I just feel like a stranger again in the USA. I’m crying 😭 typing this notes.

I've never received the EAD. It's still 'Case was Received'.

We didn't send any evidence with the package but brought them with us to the interview.

Interview was very smooth, Officer asked us about 10 questions. They were all easy questions such as how did you meet and who attended your wedding.

Good luck folks, hope you'll get what you want soon!

Case iPad been completed and must be reviewed
Had our first interview and case was updated to case has been completed and must be reviewed. First interview was a stoke . 6month ago.
Is there anyone who have had same issue. Do they conduct two stoke interview. Tired of waiting for their review we have called severally but always saying undergoing background check.

We recently called and their representative said background check has been completed since 2019. We just want them to respond even if it’s a second interview.
