Visited the US once every year. Finally moved to the US on May 2016 with wife. Applied in Aug 2016 from San Bernardino, California. Being processed at Missouri National Benefits Center (MSC/NBC). Here is my journey to my Green card:

Hey guys
Has anyone ever receive this information when did a quiry online, did you actual got the approval letter.
Recently, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, to notify us of the non-delivery of Approval Notice. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Our service records indicate your Approval Notice was mailed to the address on file and the notice was not returned as undeliverable by the post office. We have requested the notice be resent to your address. You should receive it within 30 days.

Hey guys
I did an inquiry about my daughter case online because I send a RFE to USCIS on July 27, and I don't know if they have received it, no case update.
Our service records indicate your Approval Notice was mailed to the address on file and the notice was not returned as undeliverable by the post office. We have requested the notice be resent to your address. You should receive it within 30 days. This is what the inquiry state, could this be true

Please be sure you are registered to receive mail at the address listed on your application. Your name must be physically placed on the mailbox. Keep the U.S. Postal Service informed as to who resides at your address, especially when people with different last names receive mail at a specified address. This and failure to submit address changes are the two main reasons mail is returned to us as undeliverable.

Refrain from Displaying Raw Emotion
This post is my two cents particularly for those who are losing their patience
after waiting for months and even for years after filing I-485.

Clearly, it is not easy to wait. It can be even torturous to wait, being
uncertain of the future -- whether or not they (USCIS) will accept
your applications. Naturally, your patience is fast running out, and is
reach the point of explosion.

Sadly though , there is no much else for you to do except keep waiting and waiting.

Let's not forget that applying for the green card is not your right, but a privilege.

It will be in your best interest to control your raw emotion and display your
best part of your personality when communicating with the USCIS personnel.

To leave them with any impression that you are impatient or rude can destroy your
chance getting what you have wanted so much and so long.

Particularly, this year is an election year. I heard that the immigration agency people
have been working their **** out, even working overtime and seven days a week.

Let's be understanding. Once the Nov. 8 election is over, I expect the USCIS to
process your applications with greater speed and urgency.

Cheers!

AOS filing (all three - I-130, I-485 and I-765)
How long (more or less) does it take for the next step/update once you see the message on USCIS website that "fingerprint fee has been accepted"? I do not see a PD. Just wondering what and when comes next?

Thank you all!!

RIDICULOS
DAMN! This wait is freaking Ridiculous and very senseless, I had my interview May 25, 2016. THATS ALMOST FIVE MONTHS AGO. AND TILL NOW I HAVENT GOTTEN A RESPONSE. ANYTIME I CONTACT THEM THEY SAY BACKGROUND CHECK CRAP. This wait is killing me emotionally and my mind is always attached to it. I contacted congressman/senator NO specific changes than the generic background check bullshit. IM JUST Tired of waiting as its placing my whole life on hold. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO AT THIS POINT. IF I WAIT TILL 6 MONTHS I MIGHT HAVE TO SUE USCIS , I WILL DISCUSS THIS WITH MY LAWYER AND THE CHANCES. PLEASE GUYS ANY SUGGESTIONS OR ANYONE HERE BEEN IN THIS KIND OF INSANE SUITATION. THANKS

Process
Hey everyone, here is my timeline so far...

September 27, 2016 - USCIS received I-130, I-1485, and I-765
September 29, 2016 - Received text confirmation of 3 applications
October 4, 2016 - Received notices of the three forms in mail, and the receipt numbers start with MSC...

Are all three forms being processed there? and when do they typically send out biometrics? like weeks, months? only asking cause of the I765, want to continue working and my current EAD in connection with DACA is set to expire soon and there is a backlog with DACA. I previously had a biometrics done back in June 2016, anyone know if they have you take another biometrics regardless?
