Form I-864 by petitioner
Hi all,

I have just received mail from USCIS about FRE about I864 of petitioner. My husband doesn't have income that he didn't file I864 for me. However, I got I 864 from cosigner who is my friend. However, USCIS still asks I 864 of my husband with supporting documents such as W-2, 1099s, form 2555, and tax schedule. And the bellow are my questions:

1. Does my husband have to file another I 864 separately with the I864 of my cosigner?
2. Since he has no income, so what kind documents should we submit for USCIS?
3. Am I still qualified with I864 of my husband without income plus my friend I864?

I appreciate for your quick responds since I have a deadline ahead for RFE

Best regards,

I- 485
HI everyone,

My husband (citizen) and I got married not so long ago and we are in the process of adjusting my status. He already has a child from a previous relationship with another woman. Is that going to affect us or will USCIS know about his child if we don't bring it up?

Thanks.

hello guys
Okay so I had my interview yesterday 07/06/15 at the federal building downtown Los Angeles by 12:30. A young petit white female officer came to call us in and made us take the oath and then we sat down. She asked how we met, and when we first met in persons., asked for joint documents and asked if I worked, I said no and then asked if I have worked in the last five years I said yes back in my home country. And she asked where I worked. She asked my wife where she worked and asked for joint documents we provided her with what we had, we didn't have a lot of joint documents cos we have only been married for 6months and I only got my EAD and SS card last week and two weeks ago respectively and it made it hard for my wife who is the one filling for me to get my name on many bills as they wanted SS numbers. The officer understood, anyway the interview went so well but for one issue, the last name on my wife's birth certificate is different from her real last name.. The last name in her birth certificate is her moms, while her dads last name is what she has in all of her other documents. and so she asked that except she has any other supporting document that she wont grant until my wife rectifies that problem. And then she could have granted it also if her travel passport which she also tendered to her wasn't expired.SO she asked us to go and renew the passport and then come back to bring it to her anytime but within the next twelve weeks anything afterwards will be considered abandonment of the case.....I got back home and tried to check my case online, logged in and I couldn't access my account, its been closed, please can anyone tell me the reason why my uscis account was closed, it kinda bothers me...Thanks
