NEED HELP
I came in to the US June 2013 on a B2 VISA met this girl n got married in August 2013 but we couldnt work things out got divorced April 2014. Got married to my wife in MAY 2014. I didnt apply for AOS in my first marriage but did it in JUNE 2014 , my EAD had be approved according to my status on line and schedule for interview on 11th Sep 2014.
Now i dont have much evidence to take along bcos i was not having SSN to apply for Bank account, insurance and all that. But i have our apartment lease in my name. my wife wasnt approved to be on the lease cos of her bad credit. The only bill we share now is the Light bill, and she took my last name too.
What are my chances cos the timing of my marriage is short and i have 2 divorces.
Our marriage wasnt big, just the two of us( no witness) and the minister,we have few pictures we took together cos am not working right now. Hence we dont have money.

PLS guys i need your advice on what to do.

WHAT NOW?
We just got back from AOS interview (marriage based GC).
We had 9am appointment...got called in by middle aged, lovely lady.
sworn in and sat. asked for original documents. she looked at them, took notes and returned them to us.
she never took my wife's EAD.
She ask for proof of bonafide: we give lease, joint bills, joint accounts, joint car insurance.....
She ask how we met, when we started dating, when i propose?
She ask wife why she overstayed her visa?
She then ask wife info about me on my biographic page (wife got all correct)
she ask me about wife bio and i flopped on wife's birthday (i said 22 when its 20) and flopped on wedding date (i said 4 when it is 24...my first marriage of 12 years was on the 4th: i explained that..and we all lol)....
We had a big photo album but IO didnt ask to see it, maybe cuz we had lots of joint documents (bills, lease, bank, car)
we received a copy of a letter the IO let us signed. "you have been granted CPR status effective the date of approval of AOS"..and next paragraph is about removing conditions in 2 years.

Does this mean she is approved for green card, cuz the IO didnt say those words..she basically said that she has to look over the case.
Please help..anyone knows what to expect? thank you
We are lost and worried.

Interview Aug 25th
So I had my interview yesterday 25th and I was approved on the spot! Ours was schedule at 8:15 we got there at 8:00 and checked in. We were in the waiting room for aprox. 45/ an hour, the Officer call us by the last name and she walked us into her office. She was about my age (late 20's). She introduced herself and asked for ID's and any government documents I had and the I94 i set it on her desk and then she put us under oath and told us to sit down. She started by asking my husband the questions about the I130, and then she asked me the questions about I485 (which all the answers were NO) After that she asked how we met and we told her it was online and she asked how did it happen... no questions about the wedding, she never asked to see the pics we brought how many times we saw each other before getting married, nothing. She laughed a lot when I told her that in the first time my hubby and I talked on the phone he fell asleep on me and all I could her was him snoring. After that she asked what documents I had brought to prove the bona fide marriage, so I gave her Life insurance, credit card statement, phone bill, renters insurance, checking acc statements. She looked at those and she said everything looked good. Then she said that if we had a smart phone she would like to take a look at Facebook or instagram, i told her that i would me more than happy to show it, but that unfortunately my mom is the only one who is supportive of my sexuality and that my husbands family aren't really ok with his sexuality either and that we never post anything about us. She said that she understood that being gay can be a tricky subject and that its ok she didn't need it to see our phones then. She was joking around , smiling, made us feel very very comfortable. She also said that me ( the beneficiary) taking my husband's last name is a big proof of the marriage being bona fide. After that she said that everything looked great, that she believed we were a legit couple and that she didn't have to ask anything else. She proceeded to tell us about the 2 years green card, that I was going to get in the mail within 2 weeks and congratulations. She asked us if we had any questions and laughed and said: remember its free!!!! And i said I don't have any questions, you have been very clear explaining everything. She printed out a paper saying that my interview result was APPROVED. She walked us out and aprox 10 min later i received notification by e-mail and txt message saying that I485 was in card production and I130 was approved.
Now that this is all over I can finally breathe!!!!! SO remember people, pray, have faith, be calm, everything will be fine!!!! Good luck to all of u!!!! The whole process from start to finish took 94 days!!!!

No decision after interview
Hi everyone, I need your help. I am really stressed. So three days ago, we had our interview. This is how it went.

We waited for almost one hour before we were called in. The IO immediately put us under oath. He asked my husband (us citizen) about our address, his phone number, work etc. She then asked me about my work, phone, social number etc. She then separated us. It was an intense interview which lasted about two hours (very nerve wracking). After that, she took our photos and other supporting documents and have us a paper that stated that "case is for further review" and that, a decision will be mailed. What do you guys thinks? She also took my 1-94.

Your reply will be highly appreciated.

Leaving the USA while in I-485 proceedings.
More of a Question...
Came to the USA in 06. Married on the spur of the moment and applied for residency.
When we were to Adjust status, we filed really late (Dad had died in UK and I was going through some depression issues)
Hired a lawyer , who turned out to not be Immigration lawyer and who screwed us over by sending the wrong forms in to USCIS
Deportation proceeding ensued
Finally went to Court in Chicago to remove deportation order last year
Successful.
Re-filed I-130. successful. Had interview
About to re-file I-465 AGAIN....

Here's the sticky part.....If I leave the USA in the near future, on a Canadian trip..
(A) What's the likelihood of the Canadian Border guards not letting me in for a vacation, as I have no Visa per se..just my up-to-date UK passport?
(B) What's the likelihood of the USA border guards not letting me back in as my I-465 form is still in process?
anyone wanting more info and clarification can private message me at [email protected]

Need Advice
First thanks for reading my post and appreciate your advice and guidance. I came to USA in a very young age and now I will be marrying my long time girl friend for 3 years, who is a citizen. We both are from different countries as well. She is from Mexico, but born American citizen and I'm from India. We will be doing a court marriage first, in the end of this month, since she wants to get married in Mexico. Off course, our parents are against this marriage so this is why we will be doing a court marriage. She is catholic and I'm Hindu.
Now the question is, how to proceed further? I came to this country on a B1/B2 visa and over stayed since then. I read some scary stories on the web about the scary interviews. However, I'm not least worried about this, but nervous since how can one know another person so well. It takes forever to learn someone who you love. Also, She is staying with me and the lease is under my name, and have pictures. But I don't have any bills under her name yet, since I pay for the cable. And since I don't have a bank account, she handles my cash in her account.
How can I proceed without giving the immigration officer the benefit of doubt. A good response will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
