Review: When departing from this airport, everything including check in, security clearance etc. went smoothly. When arriving back into the airport while returning, there were kiosks for US citizens where you do automatic passport control. No immigration officer to see, which was fast and convenient. However, after that, the customs experience was not good. CBP officer, for whatever reason, felt that he needed to open and check my bags. Therefore, he directed me to secondary inspection. He x-rayed all the bags and opened all the bags. He obviously found nothing objectionable but was still showing me an attitude that he would fine me $500 for not declaring that the chocolate I had in one of my bags was food. (For some reason, my son likes the small packets of Cadbury's Gems that you get for Rs. 2 in India which has 5 M&M style candies and that is what I had brought for him) After I apologized, he let me go.

Review: During my flight from Dallas to Los Angeles, everything went smoothly. I had checked in online but could not check the bags online. Arrived at the airport in Taxi and checked in at the counter along with the bag. There was no delay. As I am TSA Pre, there was no line in that area and I didn't have to remove the lap top or take off the shoes. The security check was done in less than 2 minutes. After that, it was very easy to get to the gate. There were plenty of spaces to sit until it was time to board the airline. Meanwhile, there were enough options to have lunch before boarding the flight. The entire experience was flawless.

Review: During my flight from DFW to LGA, the experience at the Terminal E (for Delta Airlines) was excellent. Everything went smoothly, starting from getting into the airport, parking at the terminal. I had already checked in online and I had no bags to check in. The security clearance was fast and I was at the gate in no time. There was hardly any distance to walk to the gate. Boarding process was flawless and everywhere went as expected.
