filed I-485= June,9, 2016
RFE I-485= October 2017 - asked for New Medical and J-supplement
Approved= Feb,2 ,2018
New card in hand= Feb,9,2018
I got married in between and added my wife in my I-485 process and her date is November 20,2017.
Her case is still pending.
Not sure how long her case will take.

ead confusion
If I apply for i765 based on my pending AOS , and I receive it and I use it , will I be out of my L2 Status , considering L1 has never used the EAD.
My L2 Ead is going to expire on feb 7th , 2019 , L2 expiring 8th May , 2019 .I don't think my husband employer will file L1 extension in premium , so I wont get L2 renewed before Feb 2019 ,but by that time my L2 Ead will be already expired , in such situation can I use my gc ead , if choose to do so will I be out of my L2 status?

My I-485 timeline
Hi everyone,
I mailed my self-prepared I-485 AOS package with travel document and work permit applications based on an approved I-140 in the EB2 category to Lewisville Texas by Fedex Ground.
Here's what happened so far:
12/15/2017 I-140 approved (premium processing)
02/06/2018 package received by USCIS
02/13/2018 Received four texts with four receipt numbers
02/13/2018 Two Case statuses: (the other two are similar to these)
On February 13, 2018, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number SRC18 **** **09. Our Texas Service Center location is working on your case.
On February 6, 2018, we received your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, Receipt Number SRC18 **** **10, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case.
02/14/2018 I-485 fee checks are seen as cashed in my bank account.

11/01/2016 - Advertisement
02/16/2017 - PERM filed
05/04/2017 - PERM approved
06/05/2017- I-140 (premium), I-485, I-760, I-131
06/15/2017 - I-140 approved
06/23/2017 - Biometrics notice
07/13/2017 - Biometrics done
08/2017 and 09/2017 - EB2 final action date retrogressed (delay)
09/19/2017 - EAD and AP combo card received
10/2017 - EB2 final action date became current
11/22/2017 - Transfer notice to local office
12/23/2017 - Interview notice
01/23/2018 - Interview date - IO was very strict but the questions are all related to I-485 form. After the interview, she handed us a letter (continued for service action) which says "please inquire after 180 days"!!!! We were very disheartened. We thought we were going to wait for six more months again.
02/13/2018 - Online status changed to New Card is being produced. Great news!!! We did not wait for 6 months but only 3 weeks.

Processing times question

My I485 application was received by Texas SC on 06/02/2017
I have completed biometrics and received my AP/EAD documents 2 months later.
My case was then transferred to my field office (Norfolk, VA) in mid-August.
Employment-based interview completed on 10/31/2017. Everything went very well and the IO was very polite, however, my attorney didn't submit the supplemental form J and a RFE was issued after the interview.
The RFE was answered 1 week later (approx. 11/06/2017).
No status change since then...
I've checked the USCIS processing times and for my field office they are processing cases from March 5th as November 30th. (that means approx. 9 months the wait line)
QUESTION: the processing time is referred as the date my initial application was submitted to Texas (June 2017) or the date it was transferred to Norfolk (August 2017)???
Please, share your answers and give some light!!!
