Dear Team
1. My H1B application was selected in lottery last year in 2015 from Company A
2. I have a approved I-797 copy from USICS for the same
3. However I never got the visa stamped
4. Unfortunately I had to leave Company A due to personnel reasons and join Company B
5. Company A filed for withdrawal with USICS and currently online the status shows: Revocation Notice Was Sent
In that case is it possible for any organization to salvage my H1B into Cap exempt category? Any help will be highly appreciated.
