Anyone can help me or answer my questions? I485 in NSC
Does anyone answer my questions? I need help...
I'm so upset in my case! It's been almost 9 months in NsC about I485 which I filed it on Mar28th, 2016.
My lawyer helped me to do a inquiry, and USCIS replied the email like "U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show your case is in line to be reviewed by an officer. We ask that you allow additional time for this process to take place since we process these cases in the order received. If after 60 days you have not received anything in the mail, please contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at the number provided below."
It seems like still pending ther! How can I do now?
My PD was Jan19.2015
Biometric was done on Apr28th.2015.
If anyone knows anything, could you please answer me?
