221(G) Tracker

I have had 2 L1 and 1 H1 before. But this is my first based on approved 140. Below is my timeline. 10/28/2016 - Drop box 11/03 - Returned with 221G asking for every document under petitioner section in the 221g form 11/14 - Attended PA. not many questions in the interview. after a wait for 2 hours, they returned the passport and said my case needs additional processing. they returned all documents. they did not touch anything other than client letter and project description. 11/28 - Client received call. he submitted docs/confirmation in next 2 days. don't have details on what they asked other than confirmation. 11/30 - client verification done. but no status date change. kept calling NVC every 3 days. no updates. 12/15 - NVC agent said status date changed to 12/15. no updates in the CEAC site. 12/30 - Got email with 221g asking to submit passport. status still AP 01/03/2017 - dropped off passport 01/05 - for the first time status date changed 01/06 - Issued 01/08 - collected passport
