Jermeece spent almost three quarters of an hour on the phone with me today, explaining the different insurance options to fit my particular circumstances and patiently answering my questions. At the end of our conversation, there was an issue with processing my requested policy online and Jermeece readily offered to handle the situation and call me back when it was resolved. She called me back in a very timely manner after having fixed the technical issue.
