Passport Application on Pending Status
Hi My Visa/I 797/ I 94 all Expired on 15 Sep 2017 , I have been working on receipt notice and I sent Passport for renewal Last week as it was going top expire on 23rd May 2018, I got update from ckgs that "Currently applicant does not have a valid status; therefore applicant will have to visit the consulate for an interview and approval before further processing. Applicant will have to go through the 7 steps of applying before your visit. Your documents will be returned to you in 24-48 business hours" Do I need to have valid I 797 and Valid Visa stamp on my current passport or Just valid I 797 will do ?Please Help !!
