I was considering doing the premium processing for i140 but I have few questions . My perm recently got approved. I was told by my lawyer that I can apply for i140 by first week of July this year.
1. Will premium processing help me reduce my green card wait time?
2. what is current priority date and how do i know my current priority date?
3. Will it help me applying in Premium if my current PD is falling soon?
4. Is it true that premium processing gets more RFE’s? just bcs USCIS don’t want to refund money back in 14 days and if they cannot get it done in 14 days they give RFE just to buy time.
