OCI application frustration!
I am about to submit my OCI application and my mind is spinning.
I haven't seen an application form so tedious. It's mind-boggling how convoluted the process is, which could be made much simpler. Same information has to be entered 3-4 times, form does not populate the information correctly, the CKGS and government website generates so many application ids, there is no way to edit the information once you hit proceed.. Why can't they just make a single form! CKGS has one form and then go to government website to fill another form.
For those who have gone through this harrowing process, I have a few questions -
1. Do you need to glue the physical photograph on the OCI form on top of your photo in the pdf or do you send it separately in the application package?
2. Do you need to self-attest the supporting documents - on the OCI form it says you need to self-attest but on the CKGS website it says only a copy.
