After a long 12 months of waiting, we received our interview notice on 12/06/18.
Interview was scheduled for 01/10/2019.
Inertiew went pretty well. IO was really nice. She asked about our relationship, asked to see pictures, and then asked Questions from our I130 & 485. It was pretty straightforward. At the end she said she really liked us, said we made a cute couple, we were very organized, and said our case was pretty easy. However, she did no approve us on the spot. She said she would have to review all the information on the application and make sure nothing violates any immigration laws. She gave us a piece of paper that says “no further information is needed at this time. Your case is being held for review”.
As you may now, having to wait for an answer gives you anxiety. Have been checking my.uscis and egov.uscis and they both still say “interview was scheduled”.
Had this happened to anyone else? Would appreciate hearing about your experiences!
