I-140 Regular processing RFE response time.
Hi Guys,
Employer applied i-140 under regular processing (EB2-ROW) in April 2018, received RFE in November and replied.
RFE response received by USCIS on Nov 26 and case status changed to Name was update on Dec 14. Since then no any update.
Raised SR on Feb 1st but still not assigned to officer.
Any one with similar situation or has any idea how long it takes to process RFE or receive response on SR. My case is at NSC, officer 0368 and RFE was about ability to pay and my pay stub.
