Passport application Notary docuuments?
Hi Gurus,
I went to local bank for Notarizing color copy of my Drivers license and GC. However, the Notary in WA state does not stamp directly on the photocopy. Instead the Notary gave me a certified copy (another sheet) and stamped on it and asked me to sign and date on the photocopy in her presence. Is this acceptable by CKGS/Consulate for passport renewal. Or does the Notary stamp needs to be on the photocopy itself? I am confused. Thanks.
