Labor Approved - but previaling wage too high
Hi Everyone:
Just to share my experience / problem:
I got my Labor approved in SEP 05 for and Accountant with Systems Skill Set and for the next stage the I-140, my lawyer rightfully adviced that on my current salary is much lower that was required at the time as prevailing wage. Now, my sponsoring company's Tax returns also show inadequate Funds for those years to support my application (salary).
Has anyone survived this situation and if so how?
