Company not willing to give tax docs.
I am currently working with a healthcare org. through employment agency, I am supposed to be sponsored for green card, it has been 3 months and not a single doc has moved out of lawyers office or company's office, intially i was working with emplyment agency whoed. i found have delayed documenting previous case by 3 yrs., next came lawyers, I got all my forms ready only thing i needed was company's tax returns for yr. 2005 which has taken almost 2 weeks now, nothing seems to be moving, I have gotten 4 forms completed including biometric and medical exam, only thing i am waiting is tax docs, looks like company is not willing to let me file easily. need suggestion any advise appreciated.
