OCI Application on Hold due to Incomplete documents.
Hi All,
I sent my OCI application to CKGS with all the documents in the check list. I received a notification this morning stating my OCI Application in on Hold due to incomplete documents. "OCI Application Form" is missing - You have not submitted your OCI Government form."
I included the completed and signed "OCI Registration Form" in the package. I called the customer support and they mentioned that I need to link the "OCI Registration form" to the "CKGS Application ID" before sending the documents.
When I requested to provide further information I did not receive any answer. Can some one please help me with the information.
Do I need to re-do the OCI Registration from on the https://passport.gov.in/oci website and some how link it to my ckgs application id?
Any inputs are appreciated.
