AP/EAD Processing time
Hi,
I am really worried about the timeline of my AP/EAD - have been waiting for months and still did not get any update:
Priority Date: Sept 12
Notice Date: Sept 19
National Benefits Center
My lawyer submitted an inquiry 4 weeks ago and we got an email from uscis stating that we should hear back by May 9.... we did not get any update so far.
It's been 8 months now!!
I am based in LA/California.
Anyone experiencing the same long waiting time get their AP/EAD??
