- If your US / Non US Passport has a ‘U’ Sticker, please send it to complete your application process.
Also, complete the form available https://www.in.ckgs.us/ocisubmissionoforiginals/ and send it with your current OCI Card.

Once CKGS receives the documents and post verification, your Current OCI Card and Passport with ‘U’ Sticker (if applicable) will be sent to the Embassy.

We have also sent you an email notification.
