Re-entry with AP but concerned about previous overstay issue
Hello - so my wife and I were married about 3 months after her last tourist visa expired. We then began the application for her resident status, after a few months we received her documents, including her advance parole. Subsequently we had an interview scheduled, however there was jurisdictional concern and so we had to postpone it. A week later we left on a trip to Europe.

In that time, I took a job here in the EU. We received our notice of jurisdictional approval in the mail while abroad and are now planning our return to the US to attend our rescheduled interview.

Our concern is this, even with my wife's advance parole, will she have issues or trouble re-entering the US for our interview because she previously overstayed her visa status prior to our marriage?
