EB1C India - Concurrent Filing question
Hi everyone, below are my case details:

1) I140 filing date - May 28th 2019
2) USCIS received all applications - May 30th, 2019
3) I765, I131 and I485 filed concurrently for me and my spouse - May 28th 2019
4) Received notices(receipt) for I765, I131 and I485 at home - June 29th, 2019
5) Employer received I140 receipt - June 29th, 2019
6) I have an old priority date of Feb. 2016 from a previous GC application. Lawyers have applied for
    porting the date.

Questions:

1) Given that EB1C dates retrogressed in June 2019, but my application was received on May 30th 2019(also listed on the notices), what priority date is applicable to my case? The one in the May bulletin or the one that is in the current bulletin? Will USCIS work on my case as the PD was current when they received the application, pre adjudicate the case and only approve when PD is current?

2) Given that I140 application is pending approval, is it possible for me to still receive the EAD/AP cards or can this only happen post I140 approval?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
