Still got my green card with a Criminal record or background
I just got my green card base on i485 and to be honest I thought I would of never got it. . I been in deportation removal Proceeding twice, Both times I got arrested and ICE put on a hold on me while I was in the county jail.. my first arrest Was for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, I took a plea deal I was 16yrs old so immigration couldn’t use that crime Against me.. in 2009 3years later I was 19yrs old I got arrested for possession of Narcotics and Marijuana with Attempt to sell I plea not guilty ..wen I post my bond for \$3,000 ICE Had already put a hold on me😳🤦🏽‍♂️.. so immigration pick me up from the county jail 3days later.. I went thru the process for the first time @ krom in Miami.. My family Got me an Immigration Lawyer And he got me out on bond for \$7500..I was out on Immigration bond and the county jail bond.. My lawyer advised me not to take a felony plea deal on the possession charges or ill be deported . After multiple felony plea offers from the State prosecutor I refuse all because I wanted to go to trail.. exactly on my trail day the Prosecutor drop the possession of narcotics With attempt to sell charge, and charge me with simple possession of **** less than 20grams.. I told the prosecutor to wait while I call my immigration lawyer.. my lawyer said for me to take the plea since it was a Misdemeanor not a felony and I won’t be deported so I took the plea..

In 2012 I was arrested for robbery with a firearm after spending three months in the county jail the charge was dropped, no posse.. immigration put a hold on me again
I went thru the processs again.. the first I was in immigration Custody for three months but the second time I was there for eight months.. I fired my first immigration lawyer.. I hired the best lawyer in Miami his name is Jose’ Toulon not to expensive but he knows immigration Laws real good.. the things he was telling me I was Qualify for my previous lawyer had no clue n never even mention.. after I hire José Toulon 6months later he got my removal Proceeding terminated and I was out of immigration with status.. my biggest fear came wen I had to leave the country to go to my home country n re—enter so I can get an i94.. since 2013 My lawyer(Jose) Was telling me to travel on advance parole.. I was scared so I never did.. I was waiting on immigration reform under Obama lame S. but wen Trump BECAME PRESIDENT I figure there won’t be an immigration reform. I had to man up n do what I had to do..
I marrried my wife b4 Trump Inauguration n File for advance Parole.. my first advance parole I didn’t use it Because of my criminal Record n Trump was already president b4 I got it. anyways I applied for a second advance parole in 2018 I said it is what it is.. Ima take my chance n travel I dnt care who’s President matter fact FCK THE president.. I receive my advance parole n I went straight to my home country not giving a damn.... I really thought homeland security wasn’t going to let me back in- In America but they did even with my criminal history Or background whatever they want to call it.. my i485 interview was hard a lot of questions.. I answer them truthfully about all my arrests .. I got approved on the spot.. I believe because didn’t lie to him.. and he approve my i601 waiver.. he was kinda nice. But he look like 100% redneck

I’m sharing this Because I want everybody to take their chances No matter what.
If you have an advance parole travel, as long u not a convicted felon. It does not matter if you’ve been arrested 100 times as long you’re not convicted they cannot judge you..
