One more thing, they asked for my experience with the current company: I told them three years four months and over all 12 +years

The answers you gave the Consular officer are cliches, obvious and lazily thought out. By me just reading at them, it tells me - your purpose of visit does not warrant travel - can be done via phone or video conference.
Also your DS-160 had already given him/her deep insights about you and your overall profile.

Your designation is Manager and you'l also be meeting your manager in the U.S.

Re-think your re-applicaiton meticulously and make no errors of commission. This is Immigration law and every time you are denied you leave a record.

Thanks a lot!

What would be the ideal reason we should tell the officer when you apply for a US Visa..if we tell them the truth you wont get it approved. so looking for some guideline

Your replies were very general but at the same time you sounded very desparate. No need to tell them that u have a team reporting to you. Also, avoid giving multiple agendas as it looks cooked up. Eother you say you are going for general meetings or UAT. Also, managers generally dont travel for UAT.
