Returned passport and handed over 221(g) white slip with following additional documents requested -
-Full set of H1B filling docs
-Client letter with specifying the specific job description and justifying that there is a specific vacancy for me
-Notarized list of all employees with name, salary, designation,visa status and location
8/28 - Documents submitted by employer
9/24 - Got email to submit passport
9/25 - Submitted passports
9/27 - Case status updated to Issued.
10/3 - Picked up passports with stamped visa from blue dart location.
