If you have already submitted i-131 you do not need to resubmit when you expedite. If approved the EAD and Advance Parole will be together. When you expedite you have to send documentation proving the need for urgency in the case. I sent bills, all the bills we had, especially the ones past due.

You have to request expedite first and if they require evidence they will send an email. In the email it will tell you where to fax the documents.

When you expedite they will ask the reason for it...like financial hardship, medical or humanitarian. Mine was financial hardship and that is why I sent all of the bills.

@shilpi desai here is my experience with the expedited AP.
I send my package I-485, I-130, I-765 and I-131 35 days ago. After few days my dad has passed away and i called uscis to ask if there was a way to expedite my AP. the lady form USCIS scheduled an appointment with my local USCIS and mentioned to bring with me a new I-131 and evidence of emergency. So when i went to the interview the local officer reviewed everything and was asked to come the day later to pick it up. She called me later to let me know that the card was ready but i had to come with my passport in order to pick it up. Since my passport has expired and am going to my home country i really don't need a passport however i would need a travel document from my embassy to be able to travel without my passport. She said as soon that i have that travel document to call her so she can schedule a day to pick the AP up. My embassy has just established my travel document and its on the way to get to me. Once i get it i will call my local officer to pick my AP up.
Hope this helps.
