L1B RFE response is received by USCIS. In addition to that, my husband’s employer started premium processing and it’s more than 15 calendar days (almost 45 days) now. Also the overall 240 days after extension filing is also going to get over very soon.

Employer raised the case enquiry and no response came yet from USCIS

Anyone faced this situation or what can be do for next steps.

That's something new..45 days in premium processing.
You can still be in USA after 240 days legally(but without work), and wait for some more days for the result of RFE. and since premium processing exceeded 15 days , USCIS should refund the money and still process it soon. That's what i know.

Case status online also doesn't show any new update. Will there be any delay in showing the status in USCIS website?

Are you still waiting for an update? My L1B RFE response was filed in Premium process too and 11 days over without any updates,
