Hi guys, timeline is in previous posts.

It's been 110 days since my interview and I have had no updates.

My lawyer (who filed everything) has said she will file for information when I reach my 120 days, as that is the time USCIS are allowed to make a decision after an interview.

She did say no visa numbers are available at the minute, and they will be available again from October. The only good thing is that my case has not been sent back to the NBC or Texas center where it originated at.

Anyone else in a similar situation?

Interview was in Fairfax, VA 05/30/19. Work based AOS.

I am in the same situation. 90 days of wait after the EB2 interview and nothing yet. I am from the worst field office of all times: Baltimore.

Hi,
It's been more the 2 months since my GC Interview and there is no response
From immigration, Miami Office.
I guess it's the same thing that they are out of the quota for the visas because one of my friend actually got a letter saying that he will have to wait for the visas to be issued again then he will receive his GC.
I am hoping that is the same situation with me.
But there is one thing they have sent me my new work Authorization card couple of days ago which I dont know maybe related to the GC or not?

Masfp17 , your interview in the miami office two months ago was based on an EB AOS or marriage ?

I am also a Miami office filer , AOS based on marriage to USC though , is that 120 days rule specific to the EB based applications or all AOS .. I can't seem to find that 120 days rule anywhere .Kindly advise of you can , thanks

Hi,
Its been over a year since my GC interview and I haven't received any response. The IO who conducted my interview said she will refer my case for approval. I had my interview in NY office and in this past year, my case was transferred to Texas office.
