I filed my application i751 to Nebraska Center on 2nd Nov 2018. Received I-797 with 18 month extension on 14th Nov 2018. After that I haven't received any kind of notice from USCIS, not even fingerprints updates.

The case status still shows "On November 14, 2018, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-751....".

By reading previous posts here, I called USCIS for service request inquiry or local USCIS office appointment on 8/12/2019.

They responded me back on August 19, 2019 saying it is still in processing.

Please let me know if anyone knows anything about this situation.

Any advice/help is highly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi divyang9047,

I understand you, the wait is so frustrating. Here is my timeline:

I-751 timeline Houston
Uscis case received: 8/24/2018
E-notice case acceptance: 10/02/2018
NOA letter received: 10/19/2018
Biometrics wave Letter: 02/19/2019
Transfer Notice: 8/24/2019

They transfer my case the same day I applied online my N-400, but just received a letter no status update online, there is still showing "we received your case "

Good luck and hope we receive good news soon.

Thanks and I really appreciate your response.

I haven't even received Biometrics wave letter yet.

But thanks for the information.

I think I should go forward with my N400 application without waiting any further.

Your response helps a lot.

Thanks

Darling it took them 8months before I got my finger print appointment and I didn’t get a waiver before that 8months....

You just got to wait, don’t stress about it
