initial evidence Birth certificate and affidavit of support
Hello everyone! I always read the stories and I appreciate it, because it is a great help for everyone. I would like to ask a question.
My dates are:
 08/15/2019 sending documents. form i 130 .. i 485 and i 785.
11/09/2019 fingerprints.
07/10/2019 initial evidence requirement. i'm from new jersey.

I am asked for the copy of my birth certificate "from the book", that is, the one that is not from the Internet, but the government is asked. but .. ALREADY SEND IT! duly translated because I am from Ecuador.
I want to know if someone else has happened, that is, if they have sent the same document again, or what was the solution?

My second requirement is for the affidavit of support. My sponsor is my husband and my household member is my mother-in-law. But she doesn't live in our house. so, in the request they tell me to resubmit the form .

my husband sent 1864 as a sponsor and my mother-in-law and 864a but they say that this can only be done if she lives in our house. so I have to send the i 864 twice? My mother in law would be joint sponsor?

I appreciate your answers. I am doing this process alone with my husband and I don't want to be wrong. thank you
