I recently applied for permanent residence via marriage and I am a student on F1 VISA. My visa is still very active and doesn't expire till December 2020. My wife and I book a trip to St. Thomas which is an island in the US territories for Christmas holiday. Am I save to travel? I did not fill out the form I -131 form and I am technically not also leaving the United States. I don't have and attorney to help me answer the question.
