Any idea on CKGS In-Complete Documents process? I have send all documents that CKGS requested but they still have marked application as ON HOLD.

Document Name - Online Passport Application Form
Remarks - Please confirm the correct order in which the Spouse's name should be printed. Please provide a letter stating the same.Ship the Signed forms / letter to the Passport Application Center. Status - Pending
Once CKGS receives the documents and post verification, your application process will resume.

I have called CKGS Passport center - they suggested to write Spouse full name on a white page self attest and send back to CGKS center. Sent them TODAY.
I will this impact processing time. Please advise..
