Notes:
EAD received after replying back to RFE. Interview Details: I was panicking. 10 year wait coming to an end. I created one common folder. Harmonium kind from Walmart for our common docs like passport, all h1b and h4 receipts, i94s, marriage cert, tax returns, address proof, supp J ( not needed for EB1A but I had it just in case), degree certainly Then I made a separate folder for documents related to me one folder for wife. Kids are US born so we didn’t take them. On the day of interview we got to the Minneapolis MN ( no longer St. Paul) center 7th floor 10 mins prior. Checked in, airport like security. I took a small laptop bag with wheels so it was easier to haul. Upon calling our number, the visa officer was unusual. Usually they do not separate husband and wife on an employment based application but seems like Minnesota mostly gets asylum and family based folks so he did what he was trained or used to do. Told my wife to wait. Took me in and swore me to tell the truth and nothing.
