2. Overall argument section. The officer thought my company was small. It was spun off from a large company before and said if I was employed at the large company it would have been ok.
Item 1 was easy. I got a copy of the magazine and letter from the publisher about authenticity.
Item 2 : The lawyer argued that company large or small of it adds value to the US economy then it shouldn’t matter and actually there was a case on the same grounds. Law firm asked me get letters from industry’s largest professional organizations and industry experts on how my company had been instrumental in development of standards and how me personally was recognized in the industry.
