Passport renewal with addition of Spouse's name @SF Consulate
I applied for my passport renewal @SF consulate with addition of Spouse's name under normal process.
It took me about 8 business days for me to see "passport has been reviewed and sent to CKGS” after it has been sent to the Consulate from CKGS on 31st October (from 31st October to 14th November). I received it on the 15th.
I sent a copy of my marriage certificate and passport bio pages of my spouse. (these are not requested, I sent them as additional documents)
Previous Passport issued in India.

To track the ‘Progress of Your Shipment’, log onto the site of FedEx and enter your AWB Number.
Nov 14, 2019 - Thursday01:42 pm Passport ‘Received’ at the CKGS application centre and is at the ‘Sorting Facility’ where it is being processed for delivery.
